Main responsibilities for the Telecoms Administrator:
As a Telecoms Administrator, you will be reporting to the Head of Telecoms and be responsible for the administrative side of the business, from order processing to the excellent customer service and support.
- Order Processing using our in-house CRM
- Processing contract forms for signature
- Logging out services and products via our in-house stock system
- General admin duties to include managing customer folders
- RMA Processing
- Router ordering
- Project administration assistance Billing queries with Vendors
Main Requirements for the Telecoms Administrator:
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- IT Literate
- Proactive and organised
- Able to take responsibility and initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload effectively
