Part Time- Corporate Pensions Administrator

A truly exciting opportunity for a Corporate Pensions Administrator to join one of UK’s leading wealth management and financial advisory specialist based in Spalding area. Over the years, they have built a reputation for excellent service, innovation and making a genuine difference to their clients as we all know finance is the life source of any organisation as it is a vital part of any business.

We are looking to speak with applicant who can demonstrate commitment, eager to learn and showcase their excel skills ! 

This role would suit someone experienced in payroll administration, book-keeping, data analysis and inputting, or finance. 

Main Responsibilities for the successful Corporate Pensions Administrator: 

  • Input pension contributions to provider websites accurately in time to meet tight deadlines 
  • Complete weekly assessments for the payroll of each scheme to ensure that contributions are all correct, whether any employee has become eligible to join the scheme and have been added correctly and whether any employees have ‘opted out’ of the scheme.
  • Correspond with client firms and product providers via email, letter and telephone, updating client records with notes of all conversations. 
  • Maintain accurate records, continually updating them as work is completed, on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure all company procedures are adhered to.
  • Be an active team member, who also contributes constructively to monthly team and staff meetings to help improve processes and procedures and who takes ownership for their own self-development and training.

About the successful Corporate Pensions Administrator:

  • Confident in written and spoken English
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent experience of working with Excel and maintaining spreadsheets – accuracy is essential to this role as errors in contributions can result in the companies we look after being fined.
  • Highly organised and ability to work under pressure ensuring deadlines are always met.
  • Knowledge working with a different pension schemes.

  • Salary £19000 pro rata 
  • 21 hours per week- Wednesday to Friday- 9am-5pm
